Trading on the night

Your stall is confirmed. This is what to have on you, what the site expects, and the rules that get a stall shut down if they are missed.

The day

Saturday 12 December 2026, Ghud Park — Accra Mall, Tetteh Quarshie.
Doors at 19:00, so the site is open to the public from then. You are set up and ready well before that.
Rain or shine. Build for December weather either way.

Bring and have on you

Your FDA food permit and health certificates, for anything served. They are checked on site.
Your own setup, exactly as declared — power draw and footprint both.
ID for every member of your team working the stall.

The rules that matter

No unofficial Gyakie merchandise, of any kind. This is the one that ends a trading licence on the day.
Alcohol sales may be reserved for partner brands. Do not plan on them unless you have it in writing.
Power and space beyond what you declared cannot be found for you on the night.

Still to come

Load in and pack down windows, and your pitch on the site plan. Emailed to the contact on your application once the site plan is final.
The booth fee, which is being set and confirmed with each vendor directly.
